Hi!

Aaron From KAIST again,
whenever I post I fear getting bashed on by the "use the search function people" hahaha

but here it goes

a) Is there any chance I could get my hands on a 2007 CBR 600rr Shop manual? What would I have to do to get one of these? we are having problems with the engine...

b) does anyone have any information on the m24 eaton supercharger? It is extremely difficult to get info on this, and if anyone needs the cad model of this unit, please ask we will send..

I reckon that's what you're after, it's about 75.6MB. Good luck with your engine probs

Aaron,
We got one of the m24's from eaton this year but didn't use it. Can you send the model to brian.perry1 [at] gmail.com.

thanks a lot.

I have the efficiency maps and Eaton-provided drawing that they sent with ours. Send me your email and I'll be glad to pass it along.

hey!

I tried to send the cad model via email but the file is too large and won't load on the email. Would it be possible to load it in the CAD shared files section? am I allowed to do so? Thanks for the manual btw, I'm so glad everyone is willing to help eachother out. Thanks a lot

Sincerely
Aaron

Send an email to the address in my profile and I'll give you instructions on how to get me the file so I can add it to theShared CAD Library (http://fsae.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/125607348/m/99010410831) Shared CAD Library.

Aaron,

Keep in mind that the 2007 CBR600RR engine is substantially different in almost all respects to the pre-2007 model. Apparently they're 2kg lighter and 23mm shorter thanks to some huge changes to layshaft positioning and other architecture changes, hence the manual Tom mentioned above is out of date (it's for a 2005 model I believe... I haven't downloaded it myself, but the guy's website is all about the 2005).

If you get a hold of a 2007 manual, let us know!

i guess the dealers are unable to sell the manuals? at least that is the case in Korea, what about the US?
