This must surely help you...

Shouldn't this be something your thinking about whilst you're designing?
Use some initiative and Google pictures of suspension ans see how it's made. Here, I'll do it for you:

I've always wanted to do one of those on this forum! http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
To actually answer your question, use pig iron and tons of weld.

Karam,
Sadly you are going to recieve many negative comments for the way in which you asked your question.
I will not give you such a hard time.
It would be very difficult for me to help you not knowing exactly what the components look like, but as Griff has childishly pointed out a google search will probably yield the techniques you need.
I would say that you will need a minimum of a lathe and milling machine along with a welding set (and the ability to use them all)
Also choose good quality materials and remember to work logically and build on jigs if possible.
Making wishbone jigs is almost essential.
If you supply some more specific information regarding your design or a picture/drawing, I may be able to give you more hints!
Happy building.

Ignore ^him^, all you need is some 2 by 4, a hammer and nails. If you want to get fancy wood glue can also be used.

First thing you need is some sort of plan or overall design of how it is all supposed to finally end up.
Second thing you need will be an accurate means of measurement, and a flat level rigid surface to work on, and to measure from.
Then it is a matter of turning your ideas into real metal parts.

Moreover, since you sound like this is your first time....After you have your materials that you want to use for your fabrication, think about what would be your first process of machining and how the whole thing would come together. Yes, for suspension components you do need jigs and fixtures for accurate placement but none of this will work if you havent worked out your process flow...
Good luck.
