We are planning to participate in FS 2013 with our first hybrid car. Since rules for hybrid cars in FS are based on those in Formula Hybrid, I want to ascertain whether FH's energy allocation rule (19.5 MJ for endurance) holds in FS also or not.

The 2013 rules will be published in October, so no definite answer is possible.

As far as I know there is a rule that the "Accumulator capacity must not exceed 7,250 Wh as specified in B19.10.4."

I don't know anything about the maximum energy allocation.

Quick question though about hybrid drivetrains.. in the years of Formula Hybrid and Class 1A, so far no hybrid racecar showed competitive performance, why not building an electric racecar?

According to my information, FS UK will also switch to the global electric rules featured in the FSAE2013 rules.
Building hybrids will be possible on request and should then follow the FH rules as far as I know.

But in your case I can only advise you to send a mail to FS UK and directly ask them to avoid surprises.
