One of the best organized, very informative yet still simple to navigate, team pages I've seen yet. All the graphics, animations, and button entry/exit bling are really well balanced with the whole site. Nice job!

Is your brake pedal made from 1/16 sheet aluminum? What pedal force did you design them to withstand? Also do you have any plans for bearings or bushings at the pivots? Also consider the reaction forces at the pivot and that will help you determine the appropriate material and geometry. http://users.wpi.edu/~fsae/images/07_Progress/Pedals_2.JPG (http://users.wpi.edu/%7Efsae/images/07_Progress/Pedals_2.JPG)

Sheesh. I know my .100 wall stainless plate is overkill for our brakes but if that aluminum works, I might as well have added a 5 lb paperweight to the front of our car. http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_eek.gif
