Hello everyone..Can any one tell me how does the master cylinder size depend on the size of rotor and caliper....(pls provide any mathematical relation if possible.)
thanx

Hi sid,
Generally people wont provide you with answers unless they have seen some prior attempt at research of the subject.
Two seconds of google turned these up;
http: // www . engineeringinspiration . co.uk/brakecalcs.html
http:// fsae . com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/125607348/m/95410448241
Please read these and try to do a little more investigation.
You could also try the stickied threads at the top of the main open discussion page for recommended books on the subject.
If you're really new to this, then I suggest Fred Puhn's book.
Good luck

Just posted in your other topic before seeing this. The two are related by the piston diameter. The master cylinder (generally) has a larger piston diameter. When force is applied to this, the pressure in the fluid follows P = F / (Area). This same pressure then creates a force through the caliper piston. Again, P = F / (Area). Since the pressure is the same and the area (of the piston) is smaller, the force is larger and you get a mechanical advantage.
You should call wilwood and ask for advice. Or use 'find', above.
