It has a radiator, a water pump and some hoses...

Can you be a bit more specific? If you search hard enough, you can find the CBR600F4 workshop manual around the Web, which has plenty of info about the cooling system.

im probably going to get critisised for this but considering that a big effort has been made to draw newbies attention to the search function and to stem the influx of bullshit questions im going to make a point of it!

Had you typed in any keywords relating to f4 and cooling you would have found the link that has been provided to you. Let alone an abundance of many more on cooling system design, radiator selection and water pump flowrates!

What is so fucking hard about using the search function? Are you still dependant on your parents that everyone else needs to spoon feed you aswell???

We just did a flow test on the Honda CBR600RR (03-06) mechanical water pump.
