We're going to start making some of the suspension components when we get back from West.

A couple of us have started basic design and refinements for components which can be improved.

Time is being spent trying to get other people motivated so its not just 3-4 guys who know whats going on again.

We've started design on the '07, but our main focus right now is repairing and upgrading the '06 wreck to ship to Italy.

We're about to order our frame material after I view the FEA results...

Other than that, the drivertain and much of the suspension is coming from our 2006 car which had major engine problems at competition...

Upright and hub CAD and FEA are 90% done.. got a whole bunch of other cool stuff goin on. The major subsystems of the car are all seeing big improvements.

Wheel assembly is going to be something absurd like 50-80% less raw material and machine time required.
