It's essentially the same as CF, just not burn't yet http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
Is my #1 choice of workshop to hang around in for a week or two. Their weave could possibly be applied to R/C plane construction. Smooth, stiff structure made with cheap materials and no 2.4G signal blocking.

lol, yea, good point. The strip weaving loom was a cool idea. The shower pan liner vacuum press using the mold as the other side of the bag.

Considering most airplanes were built of wood frames before aluminum makes it seem viable just from a monkey see monkey do point of view. Wood does have excellent specific strength properties. My 3/4 ply cabinets have no problem holding thousands of pounds of concrete counters

anyway, it'll be cool to see him run it after
he gets done with the break/tour.

I'm thinking stealth car. speed all you want and avoid the radar.
