Hey everyone, I just got set up at school with the FSAE guys. They told me I should register, so I just wanted to say hello. I'm a complete newbie, but I hope to learn a lot from all of this!

Mark E.,
Maybe you should put your location, maybe your school, etc. on you ID. This will make your posts more welcome. Everyone likes to know where the people are from that they are talking to. This helps at comp when you want to say "thanks", or "You are an idiot."

I just added my location. Let's see if this works...

Long beach, eh? I'm jealous. I welcomed you as a fellow FSAEer without knowing where you lived. I personally think names are better than saying "Hey long beach kid, you are an idiot."-No offense, just an example.

Yeah, your right. So, whats your name? mike, or absolute pressure (I have been known to screw that spelling up)? I am glad that you understand. If you look at the more professional people on the site (not counting me), you will see that they give their info, Like Michael Royce, Pat da Rat, Donovan from madison, J. Schmidt, Jonathan from Laval, Erich Ohlde.

If you think about this, it makes sense. By the time you meet them in person, you won't be able to forget who they are, and that can be a great experience in FSAE. If all you know is that they are depimping ze ride, gathering names at comp, having good conversation, could be more difficult. If you know that neonfreak has good info about suspension, and could help you at comp, this is worthless. If you know that Bob Smith from Southwest Tech Fighting Donkeys has an extra whatchacallit....see how that changes things. Think about upgrading your profile. I am no one, but I may do the same to help people know me.

Bill Kunst,
Don't bring down UWP with your useless comments and random arguments. Help is useful and welcome, but I have seen next to none of this from you on this site. It appears you are still in High School from your location.

Awe-
The triplets. Obviously you have not read any of my posts. But, than again, you are little pansies. I feel that I was giving Mark some good advice to be recognized on the forum.

P.S. I am still in high school. I teach. And if that was a dig, it was poor. If you would like to have a race car build off, you three and my team (TBA) will do it heads up. SCCA racing, category ITS. what do you think?
