I can tell you that you can use it if you like, but it depends on what you mean. If you intend to just swap out the lead acid battery it came with for a lithium ion battery, let me know so i won't be standing anywhere near your car when you start it. I'd take a long careful look at the charging requirements of the battery you are thinking of running and think carefully about how it will work. It's entirely doable, but you need to understand what you're doing.
