Differential wanted

I am on a Formula Hybrid team and we are in need of a complete differential. I am trying to get a feel for the cost for a used one that is a couple of years old.

Can you be more specific? There's half a dozen commonly used differentials in the FSAE universe. The Torsen comes in at most common (not sure what the pricing is, $600 or so new?) and the Drexler unit TUG was running last year cost around 2000 USD if I remember.

I think that we bought the Univ. Special Torsen for about 400USD.
We tried a Cusco RS Viscus diff, that was about ~1000USB and the Drexler One is well above 2000USD.
For me, the best way to go is to source a used Torsen from an other team or used car parts dealer.

for my first FSAE CAR,a Torsen is also the best choice, but it is hard to get it in China.
