It's up to you, as the Engineer, to make that decision. This forum is here to help guide each other, not make decisions for each other. Do you know what the angle between the upper and lower control arm affects? Find that out (from any suspension book, internet article, et..) then decide what you want. We're not going to hold your hand through the suspension design process, but if you prove that you've actually put an effort into this, we'll help guide you through pieces you don't understand.
If it helps, look through pictures of FSAE car suspensions. You'll find that the angles between control arms vary. There is no right answer here. But, that doesn't mean the angle doesn't matter. It just means that there are other design considerations to take into account, that determine a potential angle.
Do some more reading, and try to figure out these things by yourself.
