Just wondering, what spring and damper combinations did other teams run? We used some air shocks with dissapointing results. Now I'm trying to select a better part.

Last year we switched to Ohlins with excellent results. There is a suspension shop in Oregon who was able to help us out a lot in building a shock that suited our car very well.....and they weren't really any more expensive than a MTB shock. Email me if you want any more info.......

Right now we are studying the possibility of modifying our MTB dampers. I would like to know about your experience when you switched to Ohlins. What were the benefits you noted in comparison of the damping system you used before?
