Left picture looks like a vacuum pickup, just plug it. Right pictures looks like a secondar air system, also put plugs on the nipples on the valve cover and tie them down securely.

It is funny that you call it "convert to fuel injection" as the pictures you posted look like they are of an already fuel injected motor.

I forgot one thing. The horizontal hose connection on the left side of the valve cover is the breather. Make sure not to plug that. The blow-by needs to get out of the crankcase somehow ;-)

I was wondering when that would get noticed. This is our first injection model but the hoses were not attached to anything.
