Mostafa, if you are not able to find by your self those informations, you are not ready to make any design. You think Isaac Newton ask to someone for the gravity constant? No, he worked hard, made some assumptions, did some experimentation and concluded.
Maybe you should start by reading a book.

sam I DON'T THINK I ASK YOU OR ANY ONE TO GIVE ME THE FULL DESIGN, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HELP DON'T REPLY.
I THINK I READ ENOUGH Fundamentals of Heat Exchanger Design. Ramesh K. Shah and Dušan P. Sekulic , AUTO FUNDEMENTALS ,COMPACT HEAT EXCHANGERS,RADIATOR DESIGN TOPIC .
I DON'T WAIT SUCH ADVISE FROM YOU
MOSTAFA SHAWKY
Mostafa,
The reason Sam gave you the response he did is that there has been a tremendous amount of people on here that have been essentially looking for handouts. Part of being an engineer is to be able to find the data you need whether through calculations or experimentally. Any text book discussing heat exchnagers should have all the information you need. I would also be willing to bet that you could probably find some useful info on here using the search function.

In addition to this I think that your "request" might be a bit rude.
Let me rephrase that:
"Hello, my name is Mostafa and I'm new to the FSAE business. I am responsible for designing the cooling system. I have been reading some literature regarding the fundamentals of heat exchange processes, but it seems to me that I am lacking some data regarding the flow rates and pressures of the Honda standart cooland pump. Could someone please point me in the right direction where to find this?"
Now look at you request in comparison:
"inlet pressure and temperture for the radiator design for important (average values)"
Which one do you think encourages people to help you with your problems?

luniz the problem is that, kreuk in his reply on radiator design post page(9) mentioned that inlet temperture is 110 c for what which is at pressure 110 kpa thats mean water will evaporate !!!!
but first iteration i am making now is 85 c at 110 kpa for water , i wont to check only .

Mostafa I didn't wanted to be rude with you. If it looked like that, I apologies. I think BHM and Luniz said what I thought in a very more elegant way.
Here is a good design report from the University of Toronto that might help you: h t t p : / / w w w . m i e . u t o r o n t o . c a / u n d e r g r a d / t h e s i s - c a t a l o g / f i l e s / 2 8 9 . p d f
