Does anyone have a decent idea of what fuel consumption to expect from a restricted R6 (or equivalent 600cc) engine? I'm trying to find a smaller fuel pump than last year's 35 gph @ 45 psi monster and did some very conservative estimates that put it around 10.8 gph max flow rate. Sound about right? Anyone have a decent source for a small in-tank high pressure, low flow pump? Walbro perhaps?

If you look at the results from the Endurance/Economy event for the teams that finsished the fuel consumptions is listed.

Right, but that gives an average fuel consumption. I'm looking for maximum fuel consumption so I can spec a reasonable fuel pump.

ethonol or gas? (it makes a big difference)

94 octane gas - normally aspirated.

injector size
max duty cycle
max rpm

use factor label and ull get fuel flow

So are you trying to figure out how big you need to make your fuel tank or how much the fuel pump needs to flow. If you are going to for the fuel pump flow (which it seems like you are asking) just make sure that it will support about 100 hp (thats normally how they are rated, it is at a given pressure too) unless you are running E85 then you need a min of about 150 hp but goodluck finding a pump that small. Most pumps that teams are using are rated at about 300 hp at 45 psi.
If you are looking at tank size then look at last years rules for max sizes it was about 2.8 gallons if I remember. (no size limit this year)

perhaps its just us, but the stock in-tank pump worked fine last year, and should work fine again this year. and knowing those crazy japanese engineers, its probably specced for exactly what the engine wants!
