i need light weight rollcage materials i collected certain info about steel alloys but didnt satisfied with tat can u suggest me any material

You must use steel according to the rules. A highly weldable alloy would probably be a good idea.

Lego blocks. Make your chassis from that. I haven't read the rules for a while, but they should work. You can make anything with Legos. Second choice would be K'Nex followed shortly by erector set.
My team used 4130 for our frame. But the above suggestions would be so much more awesome for FSAE.

I believe the rules specify steel. We use 4130.

If you want "light", I've seen roll hoops made out of electrical conduit and muffler pipe. Both are low-density and thin wall.
I'm thinking that if you can't be bothered to read the rules (the hoop rules have hardly changed for a decade) and can't be bothered to call another team or a race shop and ask what they use to build structure, then I'd rather see you tossed in tech than race against you.
