Is it possible to modify the four carburetors present in a four cylinder Bike engine into a single carburetor with a manifold leading from it to the four cylinders.

You could use a single carburetor, but then you would need to fit a restrictor downstream of it and then you would need a manifold to supply all of the inlet ports.
The carb (containing the throttle plate) must be positioned as per the rules.
Throttle -> Restrictor -> Engine
