i got the solidworks file, but i want to open it with ProE, how could i do it?

Save it as an IGS/IGES or as a Parasolid. Either should open in ProE.

In sw2007 you can also save directly as a proE .prt file, it doesnt keep any planes or anything just the geometry, but still quite ok.
