MSC Adams is an industry leading dynamic similation suite, and Adams/Car is used by virtually every large automotive R&D group in the world and many professional racing teams for systems level and vehicle level simulaiton/optimization. MSC makes this program available free to FSAE teams, and I will be hosting a one hour, interactive web session to talk about how to get started and perform design studies. Even if your team doesn't have the program yet, you can still watch the webinar to get an idea of what the program can do. Visit this link for more info and to register:

Joe,

This webinar sounds great. I wanted to learn how to use ADAMS/car last year when I did suspension for Swinburne. I was unaware that it was available free to SAE teams. I send an email to someone at MSC trying to chase down a free copy, but didn't get anywhere with it. Not to worry. It's not too late, as I'm always keen to learn more about race car suspension.

I don't know if it's just me, but the 'register' button on the linked website doesn't come up in safari or firefox.

Also, what international time is the webinar?

Doug, sorry to hear your email got lost in the mix. There have been alot of rearranging in the past couple of years, so maybe you got an old address. If you would like to see about getting an account started for your current team, or if you know someone on your old team who want to get the program, just shoot me an email and I'll see that it gets forwarded to the right person.

The address on here is fine (atleast for the momnet) our use my work email: joseph.little@mscsfotware.com

The register link works for me on Firefox on both of my PCs, it takes me to a WebEx Preferences page, it is just dead for you?

Is so, try this:
https://mscevents.webex.com/mw...do?siteurl=mscevents (https://mscevents.webex.com/mw0306lc/mywebex/default.do?siteurl=mscevents)

Let me know if this doesn't work. The time is 10:00am CST.

Joe,

I will email you regarding getting a copy. Thank you.

The link works, but the box is blank. I just guessed that it was the 'register' button. If other people are having the same problem, they may not be able to find the button.

P.S. It's common on forums for people to disguise their email address, but in this case i don't think you meant to. software is not spelt correctly in your previous post.

Also, for anyone else on the East Coast of Australia, 10:00am CST 14th April 2011 is 01:00am UTC/GMT+10 15th April 2011. I'm still keen.
