Michelin / Renault Optimum Contact Patch suspension?

Regarding the January '08 Racecar Engineering article "Contact Patches" has anyone seen a physical version of Michelin's OCP suspension? The article mentioned it being developed on a 2003 Renault R23.

Sounds pretty interesting (if you're into crackpot) but I'm having trouble visualizing it...I'd like to put it into 3D but I'm just not sure I'm getting it.

Interesting concept. I would be curious to see how much the Adams model and the physical case differed in such a radical new design.

I'll send all a copy. Just for reference I just log into our campus internet and IMECH recognizes me as "University of Washington" and this allows me to download really any IMECH paper.

This might work at your institution too. Knowledge is power.

To be honest though the IMECH paper is more the math and simulation behind the system. The patent paper is much more interesting.
