I have read in here previously that people dont tend to get much more than 1.5 g's decelleration from the Formula Student car. mainly due to the Cf of the tyres. Im now trying to justify this value in my uni reports. How is this obtained?ive tried doing a FBD on the tyre, and know that its some function of the weight, tyre Cf, and braking force of the car. Can anybody help me?
Thanks a lot
