What are some essential books for the automotive engineer? I have engineer to win and a bunch of race driving books and thats pretty much it. I have read that Race car Vehicle dynamics is really good but I noticed it was published like 12 years ago, Is it still good?

Any other books?

TIA

Here's John Bucknells list.

The RVD book is very good.

Also use the FIND feature, if you search you will find all the info you need

Id suggest "An Introduction to Race Car Engineering" by Rowley Race Dynamics. It covers the basics and comes with some god software to help you understand concepts.
