what size does the water brake have

Is this a single side brake or is the 2nd part of the house the same as those in the picture?

how much power can he absorb?

I try a homemade water brake to build.
the rotor is made on a CNC. And the house would cast aluminum.
On the net is no info to find about size of a water brake. Maybe someone has a link
