First look for sponsors that could ship your car to the competition (FS, FSAE_AU or FSAE), like FEDEX, DHL, etc. If you don`t find anyone, you have to look for the best way to ship your car and your tools with the money you got. Could be by ship or by plane... by ship is cheaper but it takes more time than by plane. And don`t forget all the process with the customs office to make the temporary exportation of the car. It takes some days to do all steps to legalize your cargo. You have to inquire in your country how is the process and the documents you need.
This year we had to unassemble the car three days before the competition, we shiped it on monday and we had to assemble it tuesday night.... those were hards days!!
