I cant figure out which components should be included to calculate th static weight distribution in car ?
Also is it easier to implement an adjustable driver seat than adjustable pedals ?

Why would you not include something in total weight distribution?

All these cars are different. Whether it's easier or not totally depends on the rest of your design. Most teams run adjustable pedals.
