aold version vs new version

how can i open a solid model with my 2007 version,if that solid model was made with new version 2008

You will need to upgrade to the newer version. If it's just a part file you can save it as an IGES file with the new version and open that with the older version but you will not have any features. You can do this with an assembly as well but it's pretty pointless without the features.
