Anybody have Stiletto rack problems

Anybody here have any Stiletto rack problems in the past? If so, what were they and were you using a steel rack or an aluminum one?

The two mounting holes (located right near the pinion) don't provide much mounting stability so modification is usually required. Not sure if they have changed this in later versions or not.
