Hey everyone,

Currently we're trying to fit EARL's AN-4 Autofit hose ends onto EARL's Perform-o-flex size 4 hose. We're struggling getting the nipples into the sockets without pushing the hose out. I don't know if they're are any tricks or if anyone can offer some helpful tips that they've used.

Thanks in advance,

Jeff

A quick search brought this up. Didn't read it so I'm not sure how helpful it might be.

I usually like to wrap the end with blue painters tape when cutting and carefully unwrap it to prevent any fraying. Using a cutting wheel on a dremel/angle grinder works good when i don't have a nice braided hose cutting tool around. Oiling the nipples a little should work though.
