Hi, we are using the Klijtronic system. It weights 2, 5 kg aprox. We don't have it yet since it's in Houston waitting so it can be shipped.

About the neutral problem, I don't know too much about the system, but there are three more discussions about electronic gearshift in the forum, on page two and three. Check them out, they spoke about some tricky problems of the system downshifting and getting into neutral.

I emailed the US distributor for Kliktronic and he sent me this:

Since the system is energised for the duration of the button push (not a pulsed time) then a positive push on the up button will take you from 1st to 2nd, whereas a quick stab at the button takes you from 1st to neutral. It is a technique that you soon acquire.

Thats right. Our acceleration driver found that out at competition at the worst moment. In the middle of his best run. But I guess thats our fault for not being better trained drivers.

Yes, could shift to neutral with no problems.
Also, mounting orientation is not important either.
Just put it where ever its convenient and hook it up.
Up and down direction is controlled with a simple software command
