Kawasaki questions

I have a couple questions for the teams using Kawasaki 600 engines.

Have you been able to get any type of sponsorship from Kawasaki? If so how?

Which engine are you running and are the parts interchangable between the diffefent engines?
Examples being charging systems or heads from the 03zx6rr or 03 zxr and the older 00zx6r.

we run a 98/99 zx6r, and as far as head interchangability, it's easiest to go by the head gasket part #'s for each year (here's the link: ZX6R Part Info (http://www.buykawasaki.com/site/VIVehicleInformation/VIselectvehicle.asp?CatalogTypeID=4&drplstMdlYr=ALL&drplstCC=0600&drplstPTid=14&hdnHelpCategory=VehicleInformation&hdnHelpContent=ConsumerVehInfoSelectVehicleEnglish&Continue.x=51&Continue.y=13) )

If the head gasket part# is the same between the years and models, it's guaranteed to fit.

if you go to www.kawasaki.com, (http://www.kawasaki.com,) you can look up part numbers for different models. The years that can be interchanged directly seems to be 96-97 only, 98-99 only, 00-02 only. 03 and newer is very different. Haven't done all the part numbers, but head gaskets are different, indicating changes. Some parts will fit, like side covers, but haven't tried major stuff.
