Most Unique FSAE Sponsor?

Talking to a friend at another uni about their FSAE team this year, he mentioned that they will be sporting teamwear/overalls from a well known fashion designer. It got me wondering about sponsors.

Teams tend to (obviously) go for companies in the motorsport/engineering industry, but what's the weirdest sponsor you've seen/had in FSAE?

If tobacco advertising wasn't illegal, it'd be excellent to see some of the old liveries like JPS on FSAE cars.

We've really wanted to get Budweiser as a sponsor, mostly because our uni has a very strict anti-alcohol stance.

A couple years ago we had a company approach us about sponsorship, I believe it was a website call sellmytimeshares. Seemed rather odd, but you don't ask questions when someone approaches you and offers you money!

I believe UC davis has a pretty amazing sponsorship from Groovy Girls (http://www.groovygirls.com/)

Not massively weird, but we were sponsored by Gulf last year - the colour scheme was awesome :-)

Also got sponsored by a local bottled water company - not with cash, with about 800 bottles of water! We were the most hydrated team at FSG :-P

Already looked into it. Playboy can sponsor a full spec Miata series but not us. Admin won't allow it.

Also won't allow for a room to be named after him.

We had Coopers (THE brewery in South Australia) sponsor our team in 2004 and 2005 I believe, and I think all they gave was beer for our events. I remember in 2006 we had 6pm beers at the shed since there was 5 or 6 cartons of Coopers Light left over (and yes... it was left over for a reason!).

Only other "different" ones I can remember were from 2007 - we had a fish company and a sandwich company sponsor our events with seafood and sandwiches, and a chemist gave us a decent first aid kit that year.

25 cases of boags premium, mightn't help you build a car, but worth having i imagine.

I think a team participating in an "erotica" festival because of it's stripclub sponsor would be the one with the most unique sponsorship deal.

I heard several ago, our team got sponsored by a strip club, but the school didn't want us to have their logo on our car, so they bought back their sponsorship from us.

We have recently acquired a meat sponsor. They give us about 60 portions of meat each week to feed the team and help us get people out the workshop.
