348's are pretty affordable now.

A few years back (quite a few now) we used to run a 94' 348 challenge, and it was a solid car, but we have moved up since then.

I miss that car, solid, inexpensive, reliable, and had some of the best feedback from any car I have tracked.

cool video...i think the Ferrari might have had you in a 1/4 mile race, but that's just because our cars aren't geared for high speed.

very cool though. 8)

Didn't University of Toronto run a mid 11 quarter mile?

If so that little Ferrari would get owned.

According to the University of Toronto's FSAE website (http://fsae.utoronto.ca/2002/car.html), their 2002 car ran the 1/4 mile in 11.5 sec.@120 mph. My university's car tops out at 80.6 mph because of gearing, so our 1/4 mile would be much slower. I assume Toronto did not change their final drive ratio to run the 1/4 mile.

Also impressive is Toronto's 0-60 mph time of 2.89 sec. I wonder if these times are with or without a restrictor.
