Our chassis and suspension were pretty much ready for testing by December...but then the wonderful Montreal weather kicked in and we're stuck in our igloos till March-April, so we pass the time by inhaling polyester fumes and worrying about that Damoclean cost report.

Blech, don't remind me! http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
The car looks good, just behind. It's going to be a lot lighter than our 2003 beast, hopefully it'll still perform at the same level (well, hopefully better!)
That's the good news for me, since I'm powertrain leader, I don't have to worry about pushing a 500 lb car that 75m accel event anymore. Hell I'm taking 5 lb out of the inside of our engine vs. last year. http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I just need enough to tide me over until I need more.

Well as for us, we should have a ready to go car by april fools (1st). Engine is on its way to beeing one of the most powerful ones we've had,and the chassis is lightened up from last year. Body work should shave a good 30lbs off from 2003.
Marc, you guys should practice the getting out of the car within the alotted time, 8 secs I think. Those big side bars might make it kind of difficult.

Cornell's ARG04 hit the ground running this morning about 5am for a few celebratory donuts in the icefield that is our back parking lot. Coldest celebratory donuts ever. A few sketchy systems need some work, car needs to be put on a bit of a diet, but otherwise looks pretty sweet.
Pics and perhaps video sure to follow at some point.

our chassis is in being painted - after it comes back we need a week or so of assembly and we will be very close
3 more weeks or so and it goes on the dyno
