Turbo header pipe diameter

Hi , For anyone who has used a turbocharger before, what header pipe diameter did you use? How big is too big so that the tuning becomes peaky and has no torque? Thanks for any help

you want the primaries and collecter about 60-70% the area of atmo headers, for better backpressure

but that is with a road car - who knows what works best with the screwy config and restrictor on the FSAE engines?
