Where do you get exhaust tubing (like 1 3/8")?Also, does it hurt to use 1 1/2" primaries instead of 1 3/8" primaries on the F4i engine? The only place I have found 1 3/8" is at burnsstainless.com, and it is expensive! Who else supplies it? I don't need stainless -- mild steel is fine.

Dave,
I got our header tube from The Chassis Shop. They offer a small FSAE discount. It still turns out to be expensive. We bought 1.375 O.D. with .058" wall. It was thicker wall than I wanted but that's what our mandrel bender has tooling for.

dude many places can supply you with bends of many angles down to a wall thickness of 1.2mm

also you can get straight lengths of tube as thin as you need it

just go to exhaust manufacturers or workshops!!!
