Hey guys,i'm a new member at the formula student team of my university and i would appreciated if anyone of you out there could inform me about how i could work as a junior engineer for a motorsport company during summer season,in order to gain some additional experience around motorsports.

Most likely you are not going to get any "tips" on positions, as others want them http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif Your best bet is to start making contacts, connections, and get "in the loop" and hope you find a team with an open spot.

You said F-Student, which means you are over seas I assume... thats a great placeto be, tons of teams over there with lots of positions available. Try to find some local teams or even teams at a distance if you don'tmind travelling and start making contacts, talk to people, maybe visit some shops, get to know the motorsports community. Noone will really come out and look for you, you have to show them what you know and what you can do, baiscally show your potential.
