2/C/2......What do you mean by "matrix"? The type of resin? Number of Plies? Orientation? Material Allowables? What are the loads? The part geometry?

I would have taken matrix to mean the resin type.
I would say that a high temp epoxy would have been ok. The F1 boys use Bismalamide resin for gearboxes which is really high temp resistant, but I doubt we generate the temperatures to require that?
