In the email sent out about the change in venue (different part of the Silverdome parking lot) it was very explicit: NO tractor trailer rigs allowed.

If this is your only option, yes I would absolutely contact SAE as soon as possible.

I don't think this is a budget oriented decision, just a result of limited space.

When did you get the change of venue email. I havent gotten it. I did get the email reminding teams to complete the design reports, but apparently not the important one.
