With the trend towards fully-stressed engines, does anyone have any opinions on the best choice?
Presumably the details of the engine mounts and gearbox / crankcase strength are primary factors here.

Just so you know, the fully stressed engine thing is nothing new. Teams have been doing it for years. As far as data, good lunk getting anything from the manufacturers, I can almost garuntee that they won't share anything. I can say that one nice thing about the CBR F4 that is nice is there is mounts low, next to the bottom of the cylinders, which a lot of teams use. We have a 2001+ GSXR engine and the mounts are only up high on the cylinder head. None the less we ran a semi-stressed design this year without any problems.
