Does anyone have special E85-compatible fuel pumps, fuel lines, or injectors? Non-anodized aluminum and plain carbon steel corrodes in the presence of alcohol. Also, rubbers lose their flexibility. I know many schools dont use ethanol, but here goes anyway. What do you guys do, just flush your system out with gasoline after every time you use it?

Marren motorsports makes alcohol intended fuel injectors, as I'm sure RC Engineering does too.
Mallory has alcohol friendly fuel pumps, regulator diapraghms (sp?), and filters. You can check out Jeg's believe it or not. They're got a good amount of stuff in there, for alcohol fueled dragsters.

Jegs has stuff for 350 ci and bigger. There are no ethanol compliant or methanol compliant stuff for as small as a 600 cc engine. Thanks for the reply. Are those names spelled right? I'll try to find them.

For fuel lines, we are using Aeroquip lines and connectors, which you can get from Chassis Shop. You can also use Earl's fittings (not sure if they sell lines?). Come to think of it, it may have been Chassis Shop that we got all that from, and not Jeg's. Worth a lookup.
