Hi,,
I wonder that use of rubber fuel line is possible.

One of the 2003' formula student teams use rubber fuel line and clamp.

If I use rubber fuel hose, Do I eliminate the competition?

Section 3.5.3.8 (High Pressure System Requirements) of the rules has two points which you should consider

Firstly, high pressure (>15psi) fuel systems must utilize protected hose (metal braided or some other abrasion resistant shielding)

Secondly, a hose clamp(s) over a removable line of any type is not permitted on a high pressure fuel line(s).

So,
If low pressure(<15psi) fuel systems, are hose clamp(s) and rubber hose allowable?

Good luck, guys
