At a registration cost of almost $2500 CDN or $1800 USD, are any teams considering FStudent this year?

I'm not sure if the website www.formulastudent.com (http://www.formulastudent.com) quotes the regisration fee as a typo......but...... that's EXPENSIVE!

We love FStudent's atmosphere, are they trying to run the show into the ground????

Solid gold pylons or something??!

I'd like to hear everyone's opinion.

Well I think it's a lot of money and it was a major factor in excluding Auburn from the 2003 competition. /infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif I don't know the reasoning behind the price increase so I can't say how reasonable it is, but it's depressing.

I want to know if the price is set in stone? are teams complaining? We would really like to go as we did well last year, and the environment is very nice and friendly.

Have any teams registered yet? How many will compete there this year?
