Anyone out there know what the ideal operating oil pressure would be for an F3? or maybe what pressure the pressure relief valve is supposed to pop at? We just did a very crude measurement with a scale on the vavle, does ~ 25-30psi sound like about when the valve would start to crack open?

Thanks for the help...

That sounds very low. From the F4 manual, pressure at the oil pressure switch should be 71 psi at 6000 RPM. Just from experience one of our dyno F2 engines (stock oiling system) makes well over 25-30 PSI all of the time.
