Does anyone know if its possible to change the gearing ratio (by actually having new gears manufactured) within the transmission of a CBR600RR?

If you were going to do it ( I wouldn't but it certainly can be done) try and space your gears using geometric progression. I did a lot a simulation on gear ratios for my undergrad thesis and with an 80HP naturally aspirated engine I was able to determine that only three gears were needed. Mind due that simulation hasn't been fully correlated with real data the number of combinations required obviously mean its not practical.
