I was just wondering who if anyone had used either of these two software and if there was any comment on which one was better or easy to use with the megasquirt II system...Any comments will be greatly appreciated..thank you..

I ran Megatune on my street car back when it ran, never had any issues.

What firmware are you planning on running?

Tunerstudio has many excellent features for what it is.

Use Tunerstudio. The newer firmware has options that will not work in Megatune. The layout in Tunerstudio can be changed to resemble Megatune if your used to using it.

I agree with Mike. I started with Megatune and started using Tunerstudio this year. It just seemed to work better, and I liked it a lot more.

I know we use Megatune.

Out of curiosity, what engine are you going to tune with it?

In the past I have used Megatune, but I'm now starting to play with TunerStudio.

Well, since the OP hasnt come back...

I use Tunerstudio as it is more intuitive and has much better features. Plus, We run Sequential Injection and COP (requiring 3.0.x code) and tunerstudio is the only software able to handle this on an MS.

Additionally, if you are new to tuning, the auto-tune function is pretty slick to get an ok base-map. Truthfully, there is no real reason to use megatune anymore, TS is just better.
