Hi Everyone,
Hope Everyone's Car Builds are coming along.

We recently picked up (AKA Found in a closet) an old Go-Power Dyno/Test equipment. Only problem is that it was originally hooked up to a GM Engine.

I know there are other schools out there that are also using these old Go-Power Dyno's. what did you guys do to hook them up to your engines? Pictures would be awesome!!!

Thank you.
-Josh

We took a plate and drilled the Go-Power bolt pattern into it and welded it onto a shaft with two u-joints. A front sprocket was welded to the other end of the shaft. Get the output shaft of the transmission lined up with the dyno, bolt on the shaft, and go. Sort of, we never got our dyno to work and it has since been trashed...

Brain,
Thank you for your answer. What bolt pattern are you talking about. Ours has no bolt pattern, rather only a GM Spline coming out of it... It didn't appear that the spline came off at all... Did your's have one that you managed to get off?

Thank you,
Josh
