i want to do a stress analysis for braking.
Assuming that the maximum braking acceleration of the vehicle is 1.1g, the maximum forces in the vehicle will be found about the front uprights:

i can calculate Va, Vb,Ha,and Hb
now how simulate braking in ansys?
can i restrain rear of the frame (all dof) and then apply Va and Ha to front?
how can apply weights (driver,engine,...) in ansys?

You got pretty much all figure it out. But, i suggest to test torsion rigidity first rather than braking stress.

Yes, you can restraint all D.O.F. in the back of the car for both FEA Analisys (T.R. and braking strees).

Now about weights its not necessary to put all weights separalety. I recommend put all the weight in the CofG of your last car (including the pilots wieght) and do F.B.D.'s to calculate the reactions on the suspension points, and then, use those calculations to make the analisys. It takes 3 F.B.D's to get the forces on the suspension nodes. 1 from the contact patch to calculate the hub reactions and the braking torque. 1 from the hop to the uprights (bearings only) and then to the A-A Arms.

Since your drawing of the forces its good you are half-way of getting all the forces you need to run the analisys; the remaining things to do its just FBD's!
