I am doing a redesign of the steering rack our team has used for the last couple years in order to better suit the needs of the Formula SAE car. As part of the assignment We need to perform a user study of people using preexisting products. If you can spend a few minutes to fill out the following survey it would be much appreciated.

Are you doing a design alternative study? Ie..
(a) List the performance parameters you need from your part / design
(b) Rank parameters in importance (weight them)
(c) List all design alternatives
(d) Rate how each alternative meets each of the criteria in part A
(e) Use the ratings and weightings to determine the top solution(s)
