Query Regarding Making Slits in seperators in accumulator according to FSG Rules

I am Ankit Jain from Orion Racing India.We are shifting toward EV this year.
I have a doubt that whether or not can we make slits in seperators for cooling purposes?Wont it collide with the conductive penetration rule?
